Visiting a new place is undeniably a welcome break from daily job routine. This weekend the fit expat and two expat boys were lucky enough to visit this lovely place an hour-away from Muscat. This fort is called Nakhal fort located on the way to Rustaq. This for sure is one of the magnificent landmark Oman is proud of built in 17th century.

This is me sitting on a lone garden in the inner fort. Place is a cool one to visit especially during mid-afternoon breeze. Lots of expats are visiting this magnificent Oman landmark as we shared the moment with other history-enthusiast expats. And if you want to book a hotel near Nakhal Fort like Eastin Residences Muscat check out this cheap booking site.

The two expat boys got a good time exploring the inner part of Nakhal Fort.

And now here's the good part, capturing photos to add to my photography collections ;)

Jars and pots are a significant symbol of Omani culture.

Pretty nice photos, huh?  Anybody have an idea where I could fine print and frame these photos can tell me :) Thanks for reading. Till next adventure in this lovely place called Oman.
