Living as expats left us bothered by so many things, that sometimes along the way we take our own bodies for granted. From pleasing people around, doing our jobs and house chores leave us too little time to attend to ourselves, much less our fitness program. With all the fatty foods in so much supply in the market today, who can maintain ideal figure? We have the money to buy and yeah they're on the shelf of the supermarkets, inviting, luring us to buy and consume them! Munch here and there, and there you go, getting those extra pounds! Maintaining ideal weight seems to be hard work for many. Yet, as an expat, personally I find weight lose so much of a lifestyle rather than a discipline to be endured. I don't believe in enduring something undesirable. I believe in ease, comfort and satisfaction. And losing weight must be easy, comfortable and satisfying without extra effort to be endured. I munched burgers, ice cream, cakes, fats you name it, but it is important to know when enough is enough.

Living abroad, makes us complacent against our personal routine since no immediate family to check us out or remind us to be mindful of everything.
For me, losing weight is more of a mental attitude. You know when you are getting off the line. Sometimes when I'm in supermarket, I feel ashamed to be seen with bulks of fatty foods, soft drinks and junk foods in my cart, because I feel that my mental judgement is being measured of the things that I acquire for myself.

To make things easy for you, I've listed below some points on how to curb on those extra appetites:

1) On dieting, stick to the basics.

2) Avoid soft drinks, but if you can't maintain it to half glass every meal instead of one.
3) Avoid fatty foods, or keep it to a minimum, say once or twice a week.
4) Eat fruits, like apples and plums, everyday or night after meal! (This is a must!)
5) Try to skip one dinner every week and replace it with fruits like banana or apple.
6) Walk 20 minutes minimum every week.
7) Do the household choirs by yourself ;) Sitting makes your tummy bulge. Don't worry sometimes I get it, but no way to make it more than I have now :p
8) And, if you are okay with that, take some natural diet and healthy fitness pills and internal cleansing gluta capsules.
