"Nobody thinks in your mind but YOU". - Louise Hay

Just recently I stumbled upon this book while my two expat boys we're searching their favorite books in the bookstore. At the outset, what attracted me most is the low price it shone upon me :) During the time, I was battling with dark depression that has engulfed me for the time-being (probably because of the cold in the winter season). However, as I browse through the context, I had known the author has battled more darker emotions in the past well more than me. The interest sparked in me as she imposed that all our dark emotions and body failures were due to some sort of failure to forgive and being judgmental of ourselves and our fellow. I went ahead and paid the book together with other titles I found and my lovelies leisure books which are way more expensive than my choices!

Back home, as I started to read the book, I came to know the author Louise Hay is a world renowned author who published best selling titles. I was amazed as she narrated briefly how she transformed her circumstances through the power of thoughts. Her point, trusting the process of life that it is safe for you to live just sparked inside me an almost gone motivation to live. I was very dismayed with my environment at the moment, lost trust in people around me, I just couldn't understand anymore how everything is unfolding. I always trust God, but I never know, I will come to a point wherein I don't feel any manifestation of love anymore, not even inside the church! People were just stereotypes who expect everyone to be stereotypes!

From that point on, I learned how to take care of the way I treat my thoughts and myself. As the author of the book implied, love is within yourself, it it is the natural process of life and it is very important to clear our thoughts from any previous negative emotions. As we become judgmental of ourselves we become judgmental of others. As we approve of ourselves we become approving of everyone else around us. Thus having the peace of mind to calmly  and easily navigate the complexities that surrounds us without leaving in us unnecessary frustrations that might cause a lot of negativity in our bodies.

The author explained how the body ailments are deep-rooted to negative emotions people are keeping inside them for a long time. Releasing these thoughts would also release the causes of body's diseases. These bodily infirmities are just outward manifestation of the negative emotions that poison not just the thoughts but the physical body itself.

I'm just glad I came across with this book. I don't know how it may help you but I just felt the need to share it in a good light and understanding.

I summarized here some tips to heal your body:

1) Release all the negative thoughts.
2) Trust that the overall life process is towards the good of you.
3) Operate your mind in a loving way.
4) Trust that you are Divinely protected.
5) Accept and approve of yourself no matter what.
6) Be at home in your own self
7) Know that there are plenty of time and space to get what you want in life :)

Please come back for more. 'Till next :)
